The Origin of Chef Kyle

  If you haven't seen my first post, then let me tell you about my myself. I reside in the culinary wonderland known as Chicago. I'm currently a culinary student at this small collage in the area with an amazing cooking program and I am very driven by my passion.


   Ever since I was a little kid I always love to cook. My inspiration was my dad, who got me into the world of cooking. He made all these great meals and I wanted to learn the secrets of preparing the best dishes. I also experimented a lot with different foods and flavors, so I'm constantly trying new foods and new cultures.  I'm also a world traveler with a taste of adventure. I have been to Mexico, Canada, most of the middle west of the U.S, and Paris. I hope someday I would return to Paris to learn more about there secrets about their food and how to enjoy life.


   My goals are pretty simple. I'm planing to become the best chef there is and get my own show on the Food Network. I know that sounds like an impossible feat for me right now but I'm still determined to reach for my dream and become something better for myself and for the people who helped me along the way.


  For now I am a student with a mission to fulfill.
